Global Director
Rabbi Josh Broide
Rabbi Josh Broide, a visionary leader with a warm and inclusive spirit, has profoundly influenced the Boca Raton Jewish community. As the Founding Director of the Deborah and Larry D. Silver Center for Jewish Engagement, a division of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County, and Outreach Rabbi at Boca Raton Synagogue, he has connected diverse individuals, fostering unity and a sense of belonging.
His academic achievements include a Rabbinical Ordination and a Masters in Advanced Talmudic Law from Ner Israel Rabbinical College, and degrees in Special Education and School Administration from Johns Hopkins Univerity. Recognized as one of America’s Most Inspiring Rabbis, he has received awards such as the James & Marjorie Baer Outstanding Young Leadership Award and the Grinspoon-Steinhardt Award for Excellence in Jewish Education.
He is a Senior Rabbinic Fellow at the Shalom Hartman Institute and has worked tirelessly to develop Partners in Jewish Life. He has been honored with the Jerusalem Unity Prize from the president of the State of Israel for uniting the community. Beyond his professional endeavors, Rabbi Broide, who cherishes love and unity, finds solace in music and values time with his wife Simone and their children. Through his dedicated work, Rabbi Josh Broide continues to uplift and unify the Boca Raton Jewish community with love for all.

Curriculum Developer
Rabbi Joshua Spodek
His professional journey includes numerous teaching and administrative roles at Jewish day schools across North America, including Head of School at YULA Girls High School in Los Angeles and Head of Judaic Studies and Hebrew Language at Scheck Hillel Community School, in South Florida.
Rabbi Spodek holds a Master’s in School Supervision and Administration from Loyola University of Chicago and various certifications, including Jewish Day School Principal Certification and Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD) Curriculum Writing Certification. After two years of learning Torah at Beit Midrash L’Torah (BMT) in Yerushalayim, Rabbi Spodek received his Rabbinic ordination while studying at Yeshivat Shaalvim in Israel for six additional years.
Rabbi Spodek is married to Tova and together they have four children and a golden doodle.

Director of Community Engagement
Rabbi Benyamin Moss
Rabbi Benyamin Moss grew up in Baltimore and received a Master’s in Social Work from Yeshiva University. He received Rabbinical Ordination from Aish Hatorah and the former Chief Justice of the Rabbinical Court of Jerusalem. Rabbi Moss was a teacher and advisor in Beth Tfiloh High School for 11 years. He was the Rabbi of the young professional division of both Mesorah DC and Etz Chaim. For the last 4 years, Rabbi Moss has been working part-time as a psychotherapist in private practice.
Currently, Rabbi Moss is the Director of NCSY Baltimore, overseeing a team of 9 employees servicing over 1100 teens across Baltimore and works for Partners in Jewish Life as the Director of Community Engagement.

Graphic Designer
Mrs. Adinah Swiatycki
Adinah Swiatycki is a graphic/web designer and mekareves who adds a creative touch to PJL learning materials and branding. After spending 7 years in Israel cultivating design skills and involving herself with outreach through Neve and the Jerusalem Kollel, Adinah moved back to Baltimore to start her own design company and do community outreach at Etz Chaim. She has a strong passion for creating opportunities for unity among all Jews through Torah learning and getting together to express our shared love of Israel. Adinah believes that strong content is king, but when coupled with awesome design, it becomes exciting and palatable, creating an excellent learning experience. When away from the computer, Adinah spends time with her husband, Shaya, and caring for her 3 young kids.
